Outdoor Technology

I found Outdoor Technology about 3 years ago and loved their product ever since. Their product is simple and gets the job done. My first purchase was numerous Yowies for friends and family for a holiday gift. A Yowie is a thin microfiber neck liner that can be used either in warmer weather or under a thicker neck warmer in extreme cold weather. The discription they provide is:

"The Yowie guards your precious mug against sun and wind using soft, stretch microfiber fabric. Light enough to keep your goggles fogless, substantial enough to fend off frostbite, versatile enough for all four seasons"

They also offer the Arctic Yowie which is the same style as above but with an additional fleece extension on it. This extension makes it fit nicely in a jacket or under layer to keep from cold drafts from hitting your neck. Or using the fleece over your face and the microfiber on your neck.

Outdoor Tech. also makes other products that I have not experienced yet but I am sure they are along the same quality of these.

Another key aspect about this company is their customer service. I like saving money here and there every chance I get so with my last purchase from here I found a small coupon code for some product. After continuous tries to get it to work with only failure I emailed the company mostly to just bring the glitch to their attention. I received a very quick response from someone at their office who tried to help me through the problem. At the end of a couple problem solving tries I gave up and just purchased the product. The person who was helping me then apologized for the mix up and edited my order with a more than kind edit to the purchase price with priority shipping. Nothing says more about a company than great customer service to match their great product. Thank you Outdoor Tech.
