slow down

Not a very productive day if you ask me. On a task at the moment that for some reason can not wrap my entire self into. Taking a breathe in hope that clearing my thoughts will help me through this. I have been trying to tell myself to slow down but it seems that everything in my life is just picking up speed. This is not a bad thing at all but it is taking time to readjust.
